We expect to ship within two working days to the UK Mainland from the day after date of order. Deliveries are not made on weekends or UK National holidays by courier but Royal Mail if used may be able to deliver on a Saturday. Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on your completed order and may require a signature of a person over the age of 18 years.

We will endeavour to ensure delivery within the specified period, however we will not be held liable for any delay in you receiving the items for whatever reason once they have left Papillon Dartmoor Distillery. Orders are processed with all possible speed; if you have not received your goods within 14 days, please contact us.

In the event of breakage or short delivery, we can only accept claims if we are notified in writing within three days of delivery. Please accept the delivery - DO NOT refuse it - sign the delivery note "Breakage" and contact us immediately.

Exercising your right to change your mind (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). For most products bought online or over the telephone you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund.

You must include your order confirmation letter or order details inside your return. Please include your order number, name, contact details and reason for return inside the parcel.

Return shipping charges will be covered by the consumer.

Upon receipt of the goods, if you believe that the items do not conform substantially to their corresponding description you must inform us within seven days of receipt of the goods after this period you will have accepted the items. We will refund your money within 48 hours of receiving the returned products, which must be returned to us in good condition. You (the consumer) agree to cover the costs of the return.

Opened or unsealed goods are not suitable for return, due to health protection and hygiene reasons.
