The wormwood and melissa are grown locally and give a delicious depth of flavour. Bottled at a high abv to preserve the 100% natural colour from Dartmoor Bramble shoots.
Papillon Absinthe Verte is named after a rare tiny butterfly, the Grizzled Skipper, that is found around the edge of Dartmoor. 1% of sales from each bottle sale is donated to Butterfly Conservation.
Serve: We would recommend a measure of Grizzled Skipper is best served diluted with ice cold water to enjoy the rich opalescent louche.
